Title: "Reflecting on Ngunawal Plant Use in November"
Description: Fine art photograph, unframed. Pigment print on heavy weight (315 gsm) acid free 100% cotton paper. The photograph is printed onto Hahnemuhle paper with a semi-gloss finish and museum rated permanence.
With the book, "Ngunnawal Plant Use: A Traditional Plant Use Guide for the ACT Region" (Canberra: ACT Government, 2014) as her guide, Carolyn walked around her 20-acre property at Wamboin collecting materials that could be eaten or used for other purposes.
Edition: Limited edition of 8 prints + 2 artist proofs. The photograph is hand signed and numbered by Carolyn Young. Price may increase as editions sell.
Delivery: Free shipping in Australia. Please allow 10 business days for delivery of the photograph in Australia. For transit, the prints are wrapped in tissue paper and rolled safely into a reinforced cardboard tube.
Environmental Considerations: Pigment prints on acid free cotton rag art papers are considered the most environmentally friendly of all photographic printing processes. Cotton rag art papers are sourced from a cotton by-product of the textile production process, thereby no cotton is specifically grown for making paper (Joe Zammit-Lucia and The Nature Conservancy. 2008. "Green-In-Print: A Guide to Environmentally Friendly Choices in Photographic Paper").
Purchases of photographic prints are final. I am unable to accept exchanges or refunds of prints for change of mind.
If your print has been damaged in transit please notify me within 7 days of receiving the goods by emailing email@example.com for assistance.
